Our Story
Porto Local was born from the story of two sisters who have been creating together in the world of fashion and design for many years.
Over the years, while designing, producing, and growing our own brands, SAINT E and STR, we learned one thing very well: It's just as important for a good design to reach the right people as it is for it to come into being.
We founded Porto Local based on this idea.
Porto represents a port where different routes intersect, people come and go, and new things are discovered.
For us, Local is not just about belonging to a place; it means being close to the designer, the production, and the story behind a product.
We are transforming Porto Local, which started with our own brands SAINT E and STR, into a discovery space where independent designers, unique ideas, and carefully crafted pieces come together.
Every piece we feature here has a reason.
Sometimes its design.
Sometimes its material.
Sometimes the idea behind it.
Sometimes the story of the person who created it.
But the common point of all of them is that they find a place in our world.
Our aim with Porto Local is not just to bring beautiful products together. We want to create a space where independent designers and creative brands can reach more people, tell their own stories, and grow.
For us, being local doesn't mean staying small.
It means starting somewhere and reaching further from there.
We continue to grow this story, which began in Fethiye, with everyone who passes through Porto Local.
